Lead Times, Shipping & Return Policy

Lead Times:
Photo orders may begin shipping as late as mid-February.

Order Processing:
If an item is out of stock or made to order, the processing time may vary. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
We ship all orders via trusted carriers like UPS for domestic orders and DHL for international orders. Shipping times may vary based on the destination.

Domestic Orders:
Shipping typically arrives within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, and destination. You will be able to view the total shipping cost at checkout.

International Orders:
Shipping typically arrives within 10-14 business days.
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, based on the weight and destination of the order. Customers are responsible for customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

Rush Orders:
Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please contact us at shadowwildling@gmail.com for rush order requests or to inquire about specific product lead times.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Most tracking numbers are updated by the end of the business day. In some cases, updates may take longer to appear.

Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet the estimated shipping times, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, or delays in transit. Please note that Shadow Wilding is not responsible for such delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at shadowwildling@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking down your package.

Missing Packages:
If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your delivery area, as packages are often left in inconspicuous locations. If you still cannot locate it, contact your local delivery point and open an investigation with the tracking number. You must report missing packages within 72 hours of delivery for assistance.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you in resolving the issue promptly. Please retain all original packaging, even if it appears damaged, as it may be required for the claims process. To report the issue, email us at shadowwildling@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the damaged packaging, the affected items, and a detailed description of the problem.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure the defective or damaged items are returned within 14 days of receiving the label unless otherwise arranged with our team. If the return is initiated beyond this time frame, the items will be sent back to you without replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are estimates based on the weight of your order and delivery location. If shipping charges are higher than expected, we will contact you before proceeding with the shipment to ensure accuracy.

Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our handmade and bespoke products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.

Product Variations:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These are not considered defects but rather characteristics of the artisanal craftsmanship. We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully and order samples where available.

Sale and Discounted Items:
Items purchased at a discounted rate, on sale, or with promo codes are non-refundable and final sale.
Please make sure of your selection before purchasing, and order samples where applicable to ensure the product meets your expectations.
